Due to high holiday demand, some items may ship on a slight delay.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

7–15 business days for U.S. orders

10–20 business days for international orders

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking may take a few days to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Because orders begin processing immediately, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
